Compliance & Security Ensure all testing activities comply with the clients MU security and data protection policies. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale transformation programmes (preferably the client or government projects). Strong knowledge of test phases: SIT, E2E, BAT, NFR, and UAT. ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira. Ability to manage complex dependencies and environments. Desirable Experience with migration programmes and legacy system replacement. Knowledge of the client MU frameworks and governance. Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms and modernisation initiatives. Experience and knowledge of ETMP.
