Insight Employment are seeking a Quality/Warranty Automotive Inspection Engineer to head up a small but efficient team for a client of ours based in Milton Keynes. The role in brief: - To batch check, inspect and report on engine parts that have been produced to our exacting standards and prove that they match with the associated drawings & samples. Report all findings through our internal systems and follow these through to a positive result. This may incur liaison with the customers for warranty issues and direct contact with the manufacturing partners or through the Purchase Director. The inspection of warranty parts would be necessary, and reports offered against the products and associated parts. It would entail rolling up your sleeve approach on occasions but all within the tech office. Organising rectification work would also be part of the remit.
