About the role We are working with a well-regarded special school in South West London, looking to appoint an Interim Assistant Headteacher. This is a hands-on, operational leadership role, working closely alongside the Headteacher to lead the day-to-day running of the school and drive teaching and learning. This is very much a role for a leader who leads from the floor, modelling expectations, coaching and supporting staff, and being properly present in the daily life of the school.
