Our client has a requirement for an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Residential Property Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, providing a high-quality service to clients, and ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new build properties, and shared ownership transactions. Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and regular communication throughout the transaction to provide updates and guidance.
