RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a broad caseload of real estate disputes across residential and commercial property, including lease renewals, dilapidation's, service charge recovery, boundary issues, rights of way, restrictive covenants, nuisance. Advise a wide range of clients, from landlords, tenants, and developers to investors, landowners, and public or not-for-profit organisations. Draft and manage pre-action correspondence, pleadings, witness statements, and other litigation documentation, taking cases through to conclusion. Work closely with barristers, experts, and colleagues across real estate, development, planning, construction, and finance teams to deliver joined-up solutions. Attend client meetings, provide strategic updates, and ensure advice is practical, commercial, and aligned to client objectives. Support and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to business development to enhance the team's profile. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Qualified solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE in real estate disputes (other levels considered depending on experience). Strong technical knowledge of property litigation ideally both commercial and residential property. Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills. A collaborative team player, with experience working alongside colleagues in related practice areas. Commitment to business development and building long-term client relationships.
