About the Role As a Sous Chef your day will be focused on the running, training and development of the team to deliver our desserts and pastries to the resort. Set up and preparation of menus items ready for food service, numbers based on hotel occupancy for the resort Cooking and delivering beautifully crafted food using the best ingredients sourced from local suppliers Responsibility for running a safe and compliant kitchen Running a section of the kitchen throughout a busy service and providing support to your teammates to ensure a fast and accurate delivery Management, training and development Opportunities to order stock, write menus alongside the kitchen managers, implement menu ideas Deputising for the Head Chef About you The ideal candidate will have experience in as a Pastry Sous Chef or above and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
