Essential Experience Significant experience leading enterprise-wide change and transformation programmes within regulated financial services environments, including asset management, pensions, wealth management, or related sectors. Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of governance, risk management, regulatory requirements, and change delivery best practice. Experience working closely with Executive Committees and senior leadership teams. Proven people leadership, including building and managing high-performing change and transformation teams. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Strong communication and influencing capabilities. A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and public service values. Desirable Experience Knowledge of LGPS, asset pooling, or public sector investment organisations. Understanding of FCA regulatory frameworks, including ICARA.
