The restaurant offers full breakfast service until 11.30am and then an array of hot-food, served counter style as well as offering an on-site carvery. This is a busy, high volume counter service. This role is ideally suited to someone who has a strong understanding of all aspects of the kitchen sections and who has gained some kitchen management experience. If you have Pastry experience, this would also be beneficial. Please note: As the role is based at a retail outlet outside the city centre, the successful candidate must be able to commute directly. Working closely with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager, the successful Sous Chef will: Have gained some management experience in a busy kitchen environment.
