An established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Employer's Agent to join their growing team across Cardiff, Swansea, and Bristol . This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Employer's Agent to work on a broad range of residential and regeneration projects, including schemes for Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) and local authorities. The Employer's Agent The successful Employer's Agent will take the lead on multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, acting as the key point of contact for clients. Employer's Agent - Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Employer's Agent or Project Management role. Demonstrable experience delivering residential and mixed-use schemes, ideally including RSLs. Excellent communication, negotiation and client liaison skills.
