The team works with a range of prestigious public and private sector clients throughout London and the wider UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS Building Surveyor looking to join a flexible and supportive consultancy environment. Salary & Benefits 55,000 - 70,000 dependent on experience Flexible and hybrid working arrangements Choice of home working, London office or Nottingham office base Private healthcare scheme 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, with additional holiday negotiable All business travel expenses and site subsistence covered Full-time or part-time working considered Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities Senior Building Surveyor Position Overview Undertake residential condition surveys and inspections for institutional and portfolio clients Prepare schedules of works, specifications and technical reports Deliver contract administration and project management services Produce and review AutoCAD drawings and design information Manage refurbishment, maintenance and heritage building projects Undertake insurance reinstatement and defect-related surveying work Liaise directly with clients, contractors and stakeholders throughout project delivery Support graduate surveyors with APC guidance and professional development where appropriate Senior Building Surveyor Position Requirements MRICS qualified Building Surveyor Experience within Building Surveying consultancy, client-side or local authority environments considered Strong understanding of both professional and project-based Building Surveying services Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of producing technical drawings Experience preparing specifications, schedules of work and contract documentation Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to travel regularly throughout London and the South East Full UK Driving Licence Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
