We have an Export Supervisor position with an established Forwarder: To assist the Branch manager and provide strong leadership within the Export Department and to assist in delivering excellent Customer service within the department with focus also on file profit targets and at the same time build a culture of high standards of Quality and a department where employees are proud to work. Customer Liaison - to receive and process customer bookings in a timely fashion. To build relationships with customer and overseas partners. To gain trust and become customer preferred supplier. Systems / Software Knowledge - to utilise a range of in-house systems to process customer bookings to meet the requirements requested by the customer. Customs Compliance - to ensure all shipments are in-line and comply with the regulations set out in country of origin and UK customs. Documentation Management - to ensure for each shipment the correct documentation is raised and received on arrival. UK Export Process - to ensure all arrivals are checked in and available for collection and delivery to meet customer requirements.
