Multi Skilled Road Surfacing Operative - Central Scotland We're recruiting for a Multi Skilled Road Surfacing Operative to join our national client, operating from their regional site near Glasgow. The team works mainly across the Scottish Central Belt, South East, and South West. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll be part of a multi-skilled team laying coated materials. Your duties will include: Operating surfacing plant (paver, rollers, tractor, chipper, etc.) Handling hot coated materials and laying to specification and BS tolerances Maintaining plant and site housekeeping Promoting a zero-harm safety culture Ensuring Health & Safety compliance and encouraging best practices Candidate Profile: We're looking for someone with proven experience in road surfacing, particularly on highways, motorways, airfields, and A roads.
