This hybrid role blends account management with display planning and customer-focused execution, using data-driven insights and cross functional collaboration to drive commercial outcome and enhance availability, space use, and in-store experience. Implement high standard of in-store execution (effective displays, planogram execution, stocking, fronting and facing of company products) We require; Previous experience gained in an Visual Merchandising / Implant / Planogram / Commercial position working within a FMCG business, ideally Fresh Food / Fresh Produce commercially confident, able to work in a demanding environment at all levels IT confident with the ability to work with data, figures and generate reports, forecasting and using planograms Strong communication and excellent relationship building skills.
