Key Responsibilities • Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen and daily service • Leading the team during weddings, banqueting events and large scale functions • Ensuring consistently high standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene • Overseeing stock management, deliveries and waste reduction • Working closely with the front of house team to deliver seamless guest experiences • Upholding all food safety, allergen and company procedures What We re Looking For • Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie within hotels, events or high volume catering • Confident delivering weddings, banqueting and large functions • A natural leader who enjoys motivating and supporting a team • Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay composed during busy services • A chef who s passionate and motivated about their work • Good understanding of food safety, stock control and kitchen profitability • Due to the company s location, a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred.
