Infrastructure Planning Roles - Planner to Technical Director Locations: Bristol, Exeter, Manchester, London, Basingstoke, Shrewsbury, Leeds, Edinburgh, Cardiff (Hybrid) Permanent All Levels We are working with a leading, award-winning planning consultancy experiencing significant growth across its Infrastructure Planning team. Due to major national framework wins, they are hiring across all levels - from Planner and Senior Planner through to Associate, Associate Director and Technical Director. You'll work on nationally significant infrastructure projects across energy, renewables, utilities, water, rail, transport and net zero sectors, supporting or leading applications under the Town and Country Planning Act, Planning Act 2008 (DCO), TWAO, Electricity Act and equivalent regimes in Wales and Scotland. Responsibilities (level dependent): Supporting or leading consenting strategies for major infrastructure projects (DCOs, DNSs, TWAOs etc.) Coordinating and preparing planning applications Managing client relationships and multidisciplinary teams Leading stakeholder negotiations Acting as Expert Witness (senior levels) Project direction and business development (Associate Director/Technical Director) About you: Degree in Town Planning or related discipline MRTPI (or working towards for junior levels) Experience delivering infrastructure or major project consents Consultancy experience preferred Strong project management and commercial awareness (senior levels) This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected infrastructure planning team with clear progression routes and long-term secured project work.
