Candidate Criteria Level 4 Diploma Qualified, ideally Chartered or working towards 3-5 years of Paraplanning experience as a minimum Previous experience mentoring, training, or supporting junior colleagues is desirable Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and financial planning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
