To assist and promote ICCs presence at fundraising and other events. Manage the ongoing development and implementation of a regular giving strategy and donor care to reduce attrition rates. Regularly monitor and evaluate direct marketing campaigns, Trust fundraising, recurring giving and legacy fundraising, provide results and feed the learning back into the organisation. To keep abreast of key issues and best practices within the direct marketing/fundraising sector. Ensure fundraising practices comply with GDPR, the Data Protection Act and the Code of Fundraising Practice. Undertake additional duties as requested.
