This role offers a blend of leadership, hands-on development, and strategic input across multiple workflow applications. Key responsibilities: Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of technical solutions. Development: Engage in requirements reviews, technical design, modeling, software development, unit testing, and deployment of new applications. Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements and improvements to existing applications. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to IT quality plans and procedures throughout the development lifecycle.
