Junior Regulatory Coordinator Location: West Yorkshire Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 + Benefits Our client is seeking a Junior Regulatory Affairs Administrator to join their Technical team based in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual looking to develop a career within Regulatory Affairs. Working alongside an experienced Regulatory professional, you will receive full training and support whilst gaining exposure to a broad range of UK, EU and international compliance requirements. This is a predominantly desk-based role and would suit someone who enjoys working with data, systems and technical information whilst supporting the wider business on regulatory and compliance matters. Key Responsibilities Support regulatory and compliance activities across a range of products and packaging formats. Collect, maintain and process technical and regulatory data to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Assist with the management and maintenance of product and packaging information. Maintain internal databases and ensure information remains accurate, current and readily accessible. Support the preparation and completion of compliance documentation for customers and external stakeholders. Assist with the completion of technical questionnaires and customer information requests. Monitor and maintain regulatory records and documentation. Support the wider business by communicating updates relating to regulatory requirements. About You We are looking for someone who is: Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Excel and other IT systems. Comfortable working with large volumes of data and technical information. Able to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively. A strong communicator with excellent administrative skills. Keen to learn and develop within a regulatory and compliance environment. Experience & Qualifications A degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs or another scientific discipline would be advantageous. Previous experience within a regulatory, compliance, technical administration or similar office-based environment is desirable. Recent graduates with strong organisational and IT skills are encouraged to apply. Experience within manufacturing, chemicals, FMCG or another regulated industry would be beneficial but is not essential. What's on Offer? Salary of 28,000 - 30,000 depending on experience. Location : Manchester Working pattern : Full-time Salary : £35,000 to £40,000 per annum AMS Group's Business Recovery team is looking for an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to take ownership of a varied portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases. This is a technically rewarding role with real scope to progress, where you'll manage cases from post-appointment through to closure while contributing to the development of the wider team. What you'll be doing • Managing a portfolio of insolvency cases across CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, Bankruptcies and CVAs from handover through to closure, ensuring all statutory deadlines are met • Preparing statutory documentation including progress reports, annual reports, creditor correspondence, dividend notices and closure documents • Conducting investigations into company affairs, director conduct and potential recovery actions including preferences, transactions at undervalue, misfeasance, director's loan accounts and asset recovery • Progressing asset realisations and liaising with valuers, auctioneers, solicitors and agents to maximise returns for creditors • Maintaining accurate case files, statutory registers and electronic records in line with regulatory requirements • Acting as a key point of contact for directors, creditors, employees and professional advisers, providing timely and professional updates • Supporting and mentoring junior team members, reviewing work and contributing to workflow planning • Ensuring compliance with the Insolvency Act 1986, Insolvency Rules 2016, SIPs, AML and data protection requirements • Preparing files for internal and external compliance reviews and maintaining high standards of documentation quality What you'll bring • A minimum of two years' insolvency experience, including post-appointment case management • Strong technical knowledge across CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, Compulsory Liquidations, Bankruptcies and CVAs • Ability to prepare statutory reports and maintain statutory records to a high standard • Experience conducting investigations and supporting recovery actions • Confidence liaising directly with directors, creditors and professional advisers • Experience managing competing deadlines and progressing cases efficiently • Familiarity with IPS or similar insolvency case management software is desirable • CPI qualified or currently studying towards it (desirable) What's on offer • Competitive salary • 23 days annual leave rising with length of service, plus your birthday off • Study support for professional qualifications including CPI and JIEB • Clear progression pathway • Health cash plan (after probation) • Enhanced parental pay based on length of service • Company sick pay • Cycle to work scheme • Perkbox membership • Company pension scheme AMS Group is an equal opportunity employer.
