You will have Proven experience in leading or supervising within a CNC or machine shop environment. Strong technical knowledge of CNC operations and manufacturing processes. Confidence in decision-making and excellent communication skills. A proactive approach to motivating and developing team members. Awareness of health and safety regulations with a focus on workplace safety and quality standards. A track record of maintaining high standards in a fast-paced production setting.
