This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineering leader to take ownership of the night shift engineering operation, leading a high-performing team while driving machinery reliability, operational performance and continuous improvement within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. Job Title: Engineering Night Shift Manager Location: Doncaster Salary: Upto £58,000 DOE + KPI Bonus Hours of Work: 4 on, 4 off (Permanent Nights - 6:00pm to 6:00am) Purpose of the Role As the Engineering Night Shift Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the engineering function during the night shift.
