To be successful in this role, you must have: • Proven experience delivering B2B conferences, awards and other commercial events. • Experience managing and developing team members. • Experience using CRM systems and event management platforms, such as Salesforce, CVENT or Evessio. • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Financial awareness and experience managing event budgets. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • A pro-active approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
