Build & grow strong relationships with defence-sector clients, ensuring clarity on all deliverables, achievable service levels (SLA's) & contractual expectations. Ensure all contracts meet regulatory, legal & financial requirements, including MOD/defence procurement frameworks where applicable. Manage contract change notices, variations & performance measures. Monitor commercial performance metrics, profitability & cost management. Produce & deliver weekly & monthly reports to share with the SMT / MD. Mitigate any commercial & contractual risks.
