About the Role We are looking for an Inbound Sales Executive to join a successful and expanding sales team based in B14, Birmingham. This is primarily an inbound sales role, with warm enquiries provided, where you will advise prospective learners on training courses and qualifications, helping them choose the right programme for their career goals before guiding them through the enrolment process. Alongside handling inbound enquiries, you will build relationships with prospective learners and corporate clients, maintain accurate CRM records and occasionally attend industry exhibitions, trade shows and customer sites to promote the company's training services. The role is office-based, with the flexibility of occasional remote working following successful completion of probation. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound telephone, email and online enquiries from prospective learners. Consult with customers to understand their career goals and recommend the most suitable training courses and qualifications. Build lasting relationships with prospective learners and business customers. Guide customers through the enrolment process, answering questions and overcoming objections to secure enrolments. Support the onboarding of new learners by ensuring all documentation and communications are completed accurately. Develop new business opportunities and corporate partnerships where appropriate. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using the company's CRM system. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Work collaboratively with the marketing and training teams to maximise sales opportunities. Represent the business at exhibitions, trade shows and other industry events. Key Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in a sales environment with a track record of successfully closing business. Ideally experienced within the education or training sector, particularly selling qualifications or training programmes.
