Key Responsibilities Processing purchase invoices and ensuring accurate coding and posting Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations and resolving queries Raising sales invoices and supporting credit control activities Processing employee expenses and company credit card transactions Assisting with bank reconciliations and cash allocation Supporting month-end processes, including accruals and prepayments Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation Assisting with financial reporting and analysis as required Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers Providing general administrative support to the finance team About You Previous experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or similar finance role Good understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Confident using Microsoft Excel and accounting software Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach AAT qualified or studying (desirable but not essential) What's on Offer?
