You will spend significant time meeting brokers around the country, although you must also be able to attend periodic meetings in South Woodford or Central London. Salary and future reward The initial salary is up to £85,000 . Bonus and equity will be introduced once the business reaches profitability, anticipated at approximately £3.5 million GWP .
