Facilitate workshops to identify capability needs and improvement opportunities with senior stakeholders. Support the development of business cases and investment proposals for capability enhancement initiatives. Required Experience Experience supporting or leading capability development within defence capital programmes and identifying opportunities to improve delivery performance. Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders to define capability needs. Experience enhancing programme delivery capability by developing strategic recommendations, Due to project sensitivities, our consultants must have active and valid SC-Level Clearance.
