Due to ongoing developments, my client is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for not only focusing on project management across a wide range of large and complex projects but within a client-facing project management capacity across Pensions Administration and Consulting, that can include implementations, benefit changes, Pensions Dashboard, GMP and de-risking. This high profile role will include being fully responsible for but not limited to: Managing the end-to-end management of complex projects ensuring work is delivered on time. Building and managing client, third party and internal stakeholder relationships on the projects to become a trusted adviser to support the decision-making requirements during the project lifecycle. Understanding the client specific needs and strategic journeys and delivering project outcomes that support those needs Leading enhanced collaboration between multiple service lines and multiple providers as well as defining project roles and responsibilities across the business and third parties Reviewing significant project proposals of high complexity and ambiguous parameters with high visibility and identifiable risk to the business, validating all project requirements, providing recommended changes to the proposal, as appropriate Whilst the client is seeking someone with experience in the pensions industry ( it doesn't need to be your whole career ), however it is essential that you possess client-facing project management experience and your pensions knowledge should include a working knowledge of Defined Benefit sector. Additionally, you will be someone with excellent relationship building and communication skills together with a structured and organised, working effectively across multiple deadlines, a strong business acumen with existing client-facing experience and a willingness to learn new skills and be adaptable to a changing environment The roles can be aligned to any of their offices in the UK on a hybrid-working basis.
