About You as the Sales Office Manager: Previous experience within Sales Office Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Administration, Revenue Management or a similar leadership role. A confident and credible people manager with the ability to motivate teams, challenge performance and hold others accountable. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering accurate, high-quality work. Strong analytical skills with experience producing management reports, forecasts and commercial insights. Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships across departments and with senior stakeholders.
