What we're looking for You'll already have experience in a customer-facing technical role such as: Technical Account Manager Technical Customer Success Manager Solutions Consultant Solutions Architect (customer-facing) Similar technical advisory position You'll also bring: Strong knowledge of networking, telecommunications, managed IT or cybersecurity. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities. Commercial awareness with a customer-first approach. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across multiple business functions. Desirable Experience within telecommunications, managed services or enterprise IT.
