Working on major building projects, you will focus on the delivery of complex MEP packages within large-scale developments. The role involves close collaboration with Contracts Managers, Pre-Construction, and Senior Commercial Management. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and contribute to risk management, cost forecasting, subcontractor procurement, and final account settlement. They have recently secured a new 40m Residential New Build project based in North London and require an experienced/ senior M&E QS to run the day to day duties for this scheme from cradle to grave. This is a live project due to additional phases being secured by my client so there will be work to get stuck into from the start.
