Agile Project Manager / EPIC Delivery Owner - Capital Markets Transformation (Contract) Location: London, UK (Hybrid) Contract: Initial 12-month contract with strong extension potential The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Agile Project Manager / EPIC Delivery Owner to join a major business and technology transformation programme within a leading financial services organisation. This role will see you leading the delivery of complex technology initiatives, working across multiple Agile delivery teams to drive large-scale change in a highly regulated environment. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, Business Analysts and senior business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in banking, capital markets, securities services, custody or post-trade transformation . Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of one or more Agile technology projects. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resource forecasts and delivery roadmaps. Coordinate multiple Agile Scrum teams, ensuring successful delivery against agreed milestones. Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects and Technical Leads to define and deliver project outcomes. Manage project governance, RAID logs, dependencies and executive reporting. Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees. Manage project financials, forecasting and resource planning. Identify, manage and remove delivery risks and impediments. Ensure delivery follows Agile best practice, governance standards and organisational controls. Drive collaboration across business and technology teams to achieve successful programme outcomes. Support the transition of delivered solutions into Business as Usual (BAU). Required Experience We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience in the following: Extensive IT Project Management or Agile Delivery Management experience. Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale technology transformation programmes. Strong Agile delivery experience managing multiple Scrum teams. Experience delivering infrastructure, application development or enterprise platform transformation projects. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including Executive and Director-level engagement. Strong project governance, RAID management and reporting experience. Experience managing project budgets, forecasts and resource plans.
