You will have some food product development experience and be familiar with NPD protocols and processes. This can be developing concepts with customers, kitchen-based development work, or factory-based process, trial and launch activities. End-to-end NPD project management experience would be hugely advantageous. You must be able to get to the factory, based in Co Durham, 4 days a week, with one day a week working from home.
