Responsibilities and Duties of the Multiskilled Repair Technician / Multiskilled Paint Sprayer: Carrying out high-quality panel repairs and refinishing to vehicles of all makes and models Preparing vehicles for painting (filler work, masking, priming, sanding, etc.) Mixing and applying paints using both water-based and solvent-based systems Performing full re-sprays, blend-ins, and SMART repairs where required Conducting final inspections to ensure a flawless finish Maintaining workshop cleanliness and ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards Qualifications and Experience of Multiskilled Repair Technician / Multiskilled Paint Sprayer: Proven experience as a Multiskilled Repair Technician / Multiskilled Paint Sprayer within the automotive industry Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and paint processes Ability to work independently or as part of a team Attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of work Familiarity with modern repair methods and tools Full UK driving licence (preferred) Click 'Apply Now' to take the next step in your career.
