Salary: 15.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time permanent position Location: Hastings Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day delivery of integrated security and cleaning services Manage, motivate and develop security officers, cleaning operatives and supervisors Plan staff rotas, resource allocation and daily operational priorities Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness across all public and back-of-house areas Oversee incident response, emergency procedures and site security operations Carry out regular quality inspections, audits and compliance checks Ensure health and safety, COSHH adherence Manage contractor access, visitor safety and operational activities across the site Produce accurate reports on incidents, performance, staffing and service delivery Monitor KPIs, SLAs and service standards, implementing improvements where required Manage staffing levels, attendance, training, performance and employee development Control labour, overtime, consumables and operational budgets Skills, Experience & Training Requirements Previous experience managing soft services, facilities management, security or cleaning operations within a busy commercial or public facing environment Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams Strong knowledge of security operations, cleaning standards and health and safety legislation Experience managing incidents, investigations and emergency situations Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and reporting systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Current SIA Front Line Licence is essential Leadership qualification such as ILM, CMI, NVQ or equivalent would be advantageous IOSH Managing Safely, First Aid or BICSc qualifications would be beneficial Apply Today If you're an licensed Soft Services Manager with a background in facilities, security or cleaning management and are looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you. Our client is seeking a Deputy Administration Manager to join their pensions administration team in Bristol.
