Driver Hire is recruiting on behalf of a growing drinks and beverage manufacturing company for a Factory Hand / General Labourer to join their production team. This is a full-time position within a modern manufacturing facility producing and packaging high-quality beverage products. Working Hours: Monday to Friday Start times between 7am to 8am , depending on production requirements Full-time position Key Responsibilities: Safely move and handle 60-70kg sacks of green coffee using correct manual handling techniques Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, palletising products, and supporting goods-in processes Operate pallet trucks safely; a forklift licence is desirable but not essential Support machine operators with stock movement, material handling, and general production tasks Maintain cleanliness of the production area, including emptying bins, sweeping, and general housekeeping Work efficiently within a small team while following instructions and company procedures Follow all food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and company policies Requirements: Physically fit and capable of safely handling heavy loads using correct lifting techniques Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or manufacturing environment Strong attendance and punctuality record Positive attitude with a willingness to support different areas of the business as required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift licence preferred but not essential About the Role: Working through Driver Hire, you will be placed with a well-established drinks and beverage manufacturer, supporting production and warehouse operations.
