Your responsibilities will include: Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels using manufacturer-approved repair methods Stripping and refitting vehicle components while ensuring correct alignment and fitment Assessing vehicle structure, bodywork, and paintwork for additional damage Carrying out structural and cosmetic repairs to industry standards Completing filler work and panel preparation to a high-quality finish Applying corrosion protection, underseal, weld-through primers, and other approved repair materials Following manufacturer repair methods and ensuring documentation is completed accurately Completing quality control inspections throughout the repair process Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment Working closely with MET Technicians, Paint Technicians, and Vehicle Damage Assessors to ensure an efficient repair process About You To be considered for this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, or Vehicle Panel Beater within a busy Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre A recognised qualification such as NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA, or equivalent Manufacturer qualifications or recognised industry certifications Current AOM009 Welding Certificate or BS equivalent (desirable) Experience with MIG brazing, spot welding, rivet bonding, bonding techniques, and high-strength steel repairs Light MET qualification linked to ATA (advantageous) Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality repairs A proactive, flexible, and team-focused attitude Full UK Driving Licence Apply Today This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Accident Repair Centre that offers excellent benefits, ongoing investment in training, modern workshop facilities, and genuine long-term career progression.
