This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy project team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of large-scale transport and infrastructure programmes. The successful candidate will provide a combination of project, administrative, financial and stakeholder support, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and technical support to project teams. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and monitor follow-up actions. Assist with the preparation of reports through the collection, extraction and analysis of data from a variety of sources. Maintain project documentation, including work programmes, risk registers and issue logs. Update and manage project information within project management systems and databases. Support procurement activities and liaise with external suppliers where required.
