Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching, and motivating assembly operatives across your shift Delegating workload and ensuring tasks are completed effectively Managing day-to-day team performance and productivity Supporting holiday planning, absence management, and disciplinary processes Ensuring the smooth flow of the assembly line and identifying any issues that could impact production Working closely with management to resolve operational challenges Monitoring stock availability and supporting efficient material flow Reviewing technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) where required Driving continuous improvement and sharing best practices across shifts Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping About You We're looking for a confident and proactive leader who can hit the ground running and positively influence both people and performance.
