You'll lead the delivery of defect-led and reactive major works, oversee specialist building safety projects and work alongside senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. The Role You'll manage a varied programme of projects, including: Building defect and rectification works Major maintenance and refurbishment projects Balcony replacement programmes Structural repair projects Building safety improvement works Overheating mitigation and "Hot Homes" initiatives Other specialist projects across an existing residential portfolio From initial investigation through to completion, you'll coordinate surveys, manage contractors and consultants, monitor budgets and programmes, mitigate risks and ensure full compliance with current legislation and organisational standards.
