HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME Coordinating and tracking safety actions, surveys, inspections and remedial works across assigned buildings. Curating and maintaining the golden thread: plans, drawings, risk assessments, fire door and façade records, and compliance evidence. Preparing concise status reports, dashboards and board-ready updates that highlight progress, risks and decisions needed. Liaising with residents to share updates, organise access and handle queries with clarity and care. Reviewing contractor reports for completeness and quality, and chasing clarifications or missing documentation. Supporting incident readiness by ensuring documentation, contact trees and escalation routes are up to date.
