Communicate technical risks and investment requirements to senior leadership in a clear, commercial manner. Requirements 5+ years' experience in hands-on IT infrastructure roles. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cybersecurity. Experience managing backup and disaster recovery solutions and virtualisation platforms (VMware/Hyper-V). Proven track record delivering IT infrastructure and transformation projects. Knowledge of Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001, and security best practices. Experience with ERP/MRP environments is advantageous. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or ITIL Foundation are desirable. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between UK sites.
