What we're looking for You'll bring a blend of consulting expertise, technical knowledge and stakeholder management skills, including: Proven experience designing and delivering data management, data governance or Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within consulting or industry. Experience delivering initiatives such as data catalogues, metadata management, data lineage, data quality, master data consolidation or governance frameworks. Hands-on experience with at least one leading data governance or data management platform, such as Informatica, Collibra, Alation, Ataccama or Microsoft Purview. Experience defining and embedding data stewardship models, governance processes and operating frameworks. Strong communication, consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences. A collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and a genuine interest in AI, emerging technologies and data-driven transformation. Desirable: Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, AI data preparation, model lifecycle management, bias detection, explainability or the DAMA DMBOK framework.
