What you'll be doing This is a hands-on operational role. You'll own the performance of your area end to end, from the cleaners on the ground to the customers whose homes we look after. Day to day, that looks like: Recruiting, vetting, onboarding and managing a team of cleaners and supervisors across multiple homes and visits Owning quality: running spot checks, acting on customer feedback, and keeping standards consistently high Being the point of contact customers trust, resolving issues quickly and keeping retention strong Managing rotas, cover, holidays and absence so service never slips Keeping on top of health, safety and compliance across every job Spotting what's not working and fixing it, then feeding ideas back into how we run the business Assist in recruitment processes, including interviewing potential new staff members Maintain accurate records of work completed, staff attendance, and other relevant documentation Who we're looking for You should have some experience working in the cleaning sectory, ideally in some sort of supervisory or management capacity.
