Your responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day support to Property Fee Earners Preparing legal documents, correspondence and contracts Managing diaries, appointments and meetings Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties Opening and maintaining client files using a modern paperless case management system Assisting with Land Registry and SDLT documentation Ensuring files remain compliant with regulatory and internal procedures Delivering an exceptional client experience from instruction through to completion About You We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on being organised, proactive and personable.
