Known for delivering an exceptional level of service, they are seeking a highly organised and proactive Coordinator to join their London team on an immediate-start contract The Role This is a varied and fast-paced coordination position where you will provide essential administrative, logistical, and operational support across the business. Working closely with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in ensuring requests are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across multiple activities. Assist with ad hoc projects and general business support. Help ensure the smooth running of team operations. Raise and manage purchase orders. Process invoices accurately and within required timescales. Track expenditure and maintain financial records. Liaise with finance teams and suppliers to resolve invoice queries. Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries. Coordinate logistics and scheduling as required. Maintain accurate records, databases, and tracking systems. Ensure data is up to date, organised, and securely managed. Coordinate client requests and service delivery. Source products and services to meet client requirements. Liaise with suppliers and vendors, obtaining quotations and managing deliveries. Ensure a seamless and professional experience for clients at all times. Monitor and maintain inventory records using internal management systems. Ensure resources and stock information remain accurate and current. About You Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, operations, client services, concierge, or support role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Confident communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
