Key Responsibilities Contact and interview candidates who apply via job boards or the HG Recruitment website. Carry out detailed telephone interviews and complete candidate registrations. Search CV databases to identify suitable candidates for live vacancies. Maintain accurate, compliant candidate records in line with recruitment legislation. Support with payroll, compliance and registration documentation. Coordinate candidate availability to support the planning team. Provide efficient administrative support to the wider branch team. Identify potential sales leads from candidate data. What We re Looking For Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the driving, industrial, warehouse or logistics sectors.
