Responsibilities & Duties: Calendar and Schedule Management: Organize and prioritize meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring executives' time is used efficiently Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries Communication Management: Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, acting as a gatekeeper to reduce interruptions and manage priorities Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, briefing papers, and other key documents Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, follow up on action items, and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings Project Coordination: Oversee multiple projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met Liaison Role: Serve as a point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams, maintaining clear communication and alignment Financial: Assisting with financial planning and facilitation expenses claims.
