We are recruiting for a time served, apprentice trained CNC Turner (Programmer / Setter / Operator) to work for a large engineering workshop located in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Candidates must have experience of Programming, Operating and Setting CNC machines. THE HOURS: You will work a rotating days shift pattern (Monday to Friday) 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm. THE RATE OF PAY: You will earn a rate of between £15.00 to 17.00 / hour (depending on experience), plus outstanding benfits.

If candidates manual turning skills are strong the role could focus on this rather than cnc turning The successful candidate is likely to have served an engineering apprenticeship as a skilled machinist, however candidates who are time served in machining could also be suitable if they can demonstrate a suitable track record in either cnc turning or manual machining.
