Factor in other benefits and 25 days holiday and you're getting a package above market average. Secondly, the opportunity to advance comes as standard. But what you decide to do is down to you. It's something they've done before and they will do it again. You will work on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office once settled in). And there is some flexibility in hours for the right person. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: You will need some experience as a financial planning administrator. That can be in an IFA or restricted practice.
